Le Dress

I actually came across this pattern last year, from a lovely magazine I used to buy Simply Sewing, which I cannot find in Madrid anymore. I love tartan, and Marga had this pretty green one, so I went for it. And it's still in fashion this year!

Encontré este patron el año pasado, venia en una revista inglesa que me encanta Simply Sewing que desafortunadamente ya no puedo encontrar en Madrid. Me encanta el tartán y Marga tenia este verde bonito asi que me lancé. Y sigue de moda este año! 

It was very simple to make, although I had some problems with the sizing, since I went big and it came out huge, but it was relatively easy to downsize. I have also made a summer version since then which I shared in the  Summer Fashion 2018   post (click on the link) and am planning to make a sleeveless one for this summer as well.

Fue sencillo de hacer, aunque tuve algun problema con la talla, elegí una mas grande para estar segura y me salió enorme.  Pero no fue complicado hacerlo más pequeño. Tambien hice después una version veraniega en cuadros de vichy como os enseñé en el post de Summer Fashion 2018 (hacer click en el link) y creo que voy a hacer una versión sin mangas para este verano.

Of course a couple of weeks later, this was at the ZARA window!!! LOL

Y un par de semanas después este fue el escaparate de ZARA!!!!😄

And to round things up, I found matching sneakers, believe it or not! Sported here with my moms inherited pea coat and the Stumper Fielding messenger bag I got me at Portobello Market, London this past fall.

Y ya para rematar encontré zapatillas a juego! Aqui llevo el conjunto con la marinera roja que heredé de mi madre y mi fantastico bolso de Stumper Fielding que compré en Portobello Market en Londres, el otoño pasado.
