Dragonflies everywhere

Me está costando un poco la vuelta y he estado algo parada, creativamente hablando, hasta que tuve un momento de inspiración el finde pasado. Asi que, aquí estoy otra vez!

I have been a bit lazy creatively speaking, having a hard time getting back into the swing of things after the summer. But last weekend I had a moment of inspiration. So here I am once again!

Me compré un espejo, muy a juego con el sofá, pero muy aburrido, hace un tiempo.  Llevaba con intención de decorarle pero no me decidía con qué. Hasta que el otro día, tomando mi vino en la copa que me hizo Olalla, se me ocurrió: Claro! Libélulas! Mis amigas saben que tengo una cierta cosa con las libélulas, de allí las copas de vino para empezar. Así que ni corta, ni perezosa, las copié :) Solo hicieron falta la chalk paint y una mañana de domingo relativamente tranquila.

I have had a very matching but very boring mirror on one of my walls for a while now. I have often thought I need to decorate it, but couldn´t figure out with what.  Then the other day, I was sipping wine out of the glasses Olalla made for me and I thought: of course! dragonflies! what else?! My friends know I have a slight thing with dragonflies, thus the wine glasses in the first place. So I went right ahead and copied them. : ) Chalk paint and a relatively calm Sunday morning was all it took.

Much better!
